                                     Dancewear Order form 2011-2012

Please mail in your registration BUT…

You must come to registration to order Dancewear.

 Children must be present to try on shoes-No shoes will be ordered without dancer. 

All items are being used for sizing- Items will be ordered and ready for your first class- in the event an item is back-ordered, items will be in ASAP. Please try everything on before dancing in them- In the event an item does not fit they will be exchanged for the correct size. 

*This is for your convenience and is only done during in house registration– other stores that carry dancewear in the area are Beam & Barre and Dance Depot. Please order “BLOCH” brand.

Payment must be paid in full at time of order. No REFUNDS.
